Can Starlink be used for business?
Yes, where it is suitable. It may help remote or temporary sites, locations with limited traditional connectivity, or provide a diverse backup path.
Can you provide backup internet connectivity?
J700 can design an appropriate resilience approach using options such as secondary broadband, diverse connectivity, Starlink or 4G/5G, subject to availability and suitability.
Can you support multiple locations?
Yes. J700 can help standardise and manage agreed connectivity across offices, warehouses, remote or temporary sites and distributed teams.
Can you plan business phone systems alongside our connectivity?
Yes. Yeastar is J700's preferred platform for new business communications deployments. We plan SIP, network capacity and resilience alongside the phone system. We also continue to support existing 3CX environments.
Can you take over existing connectivity?
J700 can review an existing setup and discuss a practical transition and support scope. The approach depends on the current services, contracts and site requirements.
Can you help improve connectivity resilience?
Yes. We can assess what happens if the primary connection fails and design suitable backup connectivity and failover. No design can guarantee zero downtime.
