The problem
Inspection and asset information existed across several workflows and historic data sources. PAT testing, rigging, distro and hoist inspections each needed structured records, asset identification, searchable history and consistent reporting without exposing the complexity of the underlying systems to users.
The solution
J700 developed a specialist platform that brings PAT testing, rigging inspections, distro inspections and hoist inspections into a more coherent asset and inspection workflow. It supports asset records and identifiers, public asset lookup, inspection history, reporting and PDF output. The platform works with historic data held across MySQL and PostgreSQL where appropriate and is built for containerised deployment on Linux-based hosting. Identity integration remains part of the roadmap and is not represented as live. The public description intentionally omits the customer name and customer infrastructure.
Business outcome
The platform brings several specialist inspection workflows into a more coherent software system. It supports consistency in asset records, searchable inspection histories, structured digital processes and inspection reporting. No customer identity, usage volume, efficiency percentage, asset count, financial result or return-on-investment claim is included.
