J700 Group was setup to be different, I didn’t want it to be just “another IT company”, I wanted it to be the IT company of choice across Lancashire and the North West. With over 25 years experience running IT departments for large corporations, I know what our customers want and expect, that’s why our prime focus is customer service and customer satisfaction, having the right technical skills, knowledge and experience is a given and is expected.
I am extremely proud of our customer retention, and since the business was setup, we have never lost a customer, all our customers are thriving, and we are proud to say we have played a part in their success.
